Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things can come up and you may need to cancel your child's lesson. If you do need to cancel, we kindly ask for more than 48 hours' notice so we can offer the time to another student. Whenever possible, we encourage you to reschedule instead of cancel, so your child doesn’t miss out on their learning.

  • • If a cancellation or change is made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged.
  • • If a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the lesson, or if your child does not attend (no-show), the full lesson fee will be charged.
