Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise when you must cancel your child's lesson. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your child's lesson you provide more than 48 hours' notice. This will enable us to offer the slot to another person waiting for a lesson. With cancellations made less than 48 hours' notice, we are unable to offer that time to other students.

  • • Cancellations or changes made 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson fee.
  • • Cancellations or changes made 24 hours before the scheduled lesson; or 'no-shows' on the day will incur a charge equal to the full lesson fee.
